visit the village with vasili. travel to his village of sparta where they cook eggs with extra virgin olive oil, smother them with lemon, oregano and just a hint of feta. served with fries and toast.

we don't like to play favorites but if we did, this would be it (just don't tell the other dishes). simple and fresh; scrambled eggs, fresh spinach, tomatoes, with feta cheese and olive oil, served with toast.

the mac daddy sandwich

a full breakfast stuffed between two pieces of grilled sourdough. we've got hash browns, bacon, sausage, 2 eggs, topped w/ cheese and garnished with a generous helping of raw onion to finish it off.
