char-grilled skirt steak, adobo chicken, adobo pork, shrimp, spicy chorizo, panela cheese, cactus, salsa verde, green onions, and roasted jalapenos peppers. served at your table on a sizzling hot stone grill with warm corn tortillas and refried pinto beans.

puebla mar y tierra

surf and turf shrimps, skirt steak with the most delicious creamy poblano pepper sauce and corn kernel. served with refried beans and warm corn tortillas.

bistec a la mexicana

deliciously marinated charbroiles 12 oz skirt steak and topped with a special chunk of tomato, onions, cilantro, garlic, jalapenos, ranchero sauce. served with mexican rice and refried pinto beans and corn tortillas.

bistec a la tampiqueña

a beautifully charbroiled 12 oz skirt steak topped with caramelized onion. served with cheese mole enchilada or red sauce enchilada, grilled cactus salad, guacamole, pico de gallo and refried pinto beans.
